Resource Notifications in Rocketship Workflows
Rocketship can create Resource Notifications as part of your workflows. These notifications appear to your team members directly inside Rocketship, helping them stay aware of important events without manual checking.
Example Use Case
You’ve scheduled future work for a ticket. The customer replies with “thank you.”
Instead of your techs constantly watching for tickets that change to Customer Responded, you can create a Customer Responded workflow that triggers a Resource Notification. This instantly alerts the assigned resource that the customer replied.
Managing Resource Notifications
-
Log into the Rocketship Admin Portal.
-
Go to Workflows.
-
Edit an existing workflow or create a new one.
-
Add or edit a Resource Notification action.
You can use the same Placeholders in Resource Notifications that you use for Webhooks, allowing you to include dynamic data such as ticket details, customer names, and more.
To trigger this, you can create a Published Workflow or trigger via the Ticket LifeCycle in Rocketship.
