Managing Fixed Appointments in the HUD

Fixed Appointments are now categorized into three distinct states to help you manage your schedule effectively:

  • Open: Active appointments that are currently scheduled to occur.

  • Closed: Completed appointments that have already taken place.

  • Canceled: Appointments that were previously scheduled but have been called off.

Interaction with Flex Appointments

The state of your Fixed Appointments directly influences the behavior of Flex Appointments:

  • Dynamic Floating: Flex Appointments will "float" and shift around Open Fixed Appointments only.

  • Fixed Boundaries: Flex Appointments will not shift or move around Closed or Canceled appointments, as these no longer represent active blocks of time in your current schedule.

HUD Visibility and Configuration

You can customize your view in the HUD to show only the information you need:

  • Default View: By default, the HUD displays both Open and Closed Fixed Appointments.

  • Optional View: Canceled Fixed Appointments can be enabled as an optional layer. To view them, check the Canceled Fixed Appointments box in the HUD settings menu
