How to remove the Rocketship Autotask Widgets and Ticket Insights

In the KB Rocketship & Autotask Integration/Widget Integration, we added Rocketship to your Autotask dashboard and Ticket Insights. In this KB, we’ll undo that process.

This is done via the Integration Center in Autotask.

  1. Open Autotask as an Admin
  2. Go to Admin->Extensions & Integrations
  3. Expand Other Extensions & Tools
  4. Click on Integration Center
  5. Find Giant Rocketship – Helpdesk & NOC
  6. Click the hamburger menu and choose Edit
  7. Deselect Active
  8. Click Save & Close
